Payment methods
Your booking deposit is due by bank transfer within two weeks following booking confirmation. The remaining amount can be transferred before arrival or paid on site at the reception.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, your full deposit will be returned to you. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
Minimum stay
A minimum stay applies during the peak season. You will receive further information on this when you make your individual enquiry.
Breakfast
When you book the Mono apartment, breakfast for two people is already included in the rate. For the other apartment types (Superior and Penthouse), breakfast can be added to your booking for €15.00 per person/day. For children up to the age of 12, breakfast costs €7.00, while children under the age of 3 eat breakfast for free.

A week before arrival, you’ll receive a code that lets you open the entrance door. You’ll find your room cards at the reception. You can pay the remaining amount of your booking on your day of arrival or the following day at the reception, which is open until 12 noon. When checking out, you can simply leave your room card on the reception desk.
Your apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. Upon request, you may use the wellness area in advance. Please check out by 10 a.m. on your departure day.
Additional services
You can use the swimming pool all day. The sauna is open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. all year round. When you book the Mono apartment, breakfast for two people is already included in the rate. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your dog with you – a supplement of €15.00 per day is charged for your four-legged friend.
